Forthcoming title: Butterflies of Cyprus - An abridged guide and distritubtion atlas

We are very pleased to announce that we will shortly (2023/24) be publishing the following new title on the butterflies of Cyprus:

This is an abridged version of a book published by CABI last year.  This takes elements of the academic-style book to produce a well-illustrated field guide written by two lepidopterists with a combined experience of the island’s butterflies spanning over 50 years. Included are descriptions and illustrations of all 56 species of butterfly to have been found in Cyprus over the past 100 years, with each species accompanied by a distribution map (updated where relevant to include observations from 2023) showing locations at UTM 5 x 5km2 resolution.This guide will appeal to all naturalists visiting the island.
