We are proud to be official sponsors of Queensway ABC (Rochdale) and are pleased to announce this has been covered in the local media.

We sponsored the production of the team tracksuits and are very happy with the result! Head coach David Hodkinson worked very hard to achieve the highest standard of production and should be proud of the result.

Queensway ABC is part of the Full Contact Performance Centre on Queensway, Castleton, Rochdale and provides an opportunity for the local community, including kids to get involved in an active sport. It is a great opportunity to get them away from the TV and help them maintain a good level of fitness while also dishing out a measured dose of healthy (fun) discipline in the process.

My daughter has been training there since she was five years old and she loves it ... and my two-year-old can't wait to get involved too! I also train in the gym five days a week and it is probably my favorite place to be!

I am not the only palaeontologist who works out here. Dean Lomax, author of our Dinosaurs of the British Isles and Fossils of the Whitby Coast books has also been known to make an appearance.
