7th International Conference on Fossil Insects, Arthropods and Amber

Posted by David Penney on

We are looking forward to attending the 7th International Conference on Fossil Insects, Arthropods and Amber at the National Museum of Scotland, Edinburgh at the end of this month.

We will be displaying our palaeoentomology/arachnology titles, and the founder of Siri Scientific Press (David Penney) will be giving a Keynote Lecture on Amber Research in the 21st Century: Trends and Perspectives.

Delegates of the same meeting held in South Africa, 2005. Dave Penney of Siri Scientific Press is 7th from left in the front row

This topic is explored in depth in the forthcoming book Amber Palaeobiology: research trends and perspectives for the 21st century due to be formally released immediately after the meeting (this will be covered in a separate blog).

Siri Scientific Press are also proud to have supported this conference in the editing, production and publication of the abstracts book.
